We envision a new justice ecology for Hawai’i, realized from the ground up and transformed from the inside out.

1.  GROUND UP efforts will gather indigenous and multi-cultural voices and practices to build a new community-based justice system that heals.

2. INSIDE OUT efforts will transform the existing system through policy reform, education, and community partnerships.
