Elaine Hicks is a licensed clinical social worker and substance abuse counselor in the state of Hawaii. More than 10 years in the mental health field providing an array of services including case management, counseling, coaching, psychosocial rehabilitation, compassion fatigue prevention for mental health and substance use counselors. Experience ranges from grant management to one-on-one therapy and support for pregnant and postpartum women with co-occurring disorders and those involved with the criminal justice system.
